Digital Enablement

Join the Digital Enablement team and lead a project that will enhance the collaboration and governance capabilities of the Microsoft 365 platform for staff and students. The project will involve: 

• Migration of students into the staff M365 tenant to enable collaboration within the UQ community. 
• Supporting the appropriate provisioning of Course Teams for Teaching (Using Microsoft School Data Sync). 
• Supporting M365 adoption activities for Professional Staff, including promotion and engagement. 
• Procuring and implementing an M365 governance solution to improve the self-service and administration of the M365 platform to better meet UQ’s complex and future sustainability needs. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex digital transformation projects, working with multiple stakeholders and delivering outcomes within time and budget constraints.  

The candidate will also have a good understanding of the M365 platform and its features, as well as the challenges and opportunities of implementing it in a large and diverse organisation. The candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is committed to delivering innovative solutions for UQ's digital environment. 

Cyber Security

As Project Manager you will oversee a comprehensive suite of application security upgrades.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, planning, executing, and delivering various security enhancements across our application portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives, developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating testing and implementation activities, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

As the project manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of application security upgrades, mitigating risks, and ensuring the overall integrity and confidentiality of our systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of application security principles, are essential for this position.
