Operational Health and Safety Uplift will provide a comprehensive program that will overhaul the existing suite of Health Safety and Wellness systems in use for the University to enable proactive management and reporting of health, safety and wellness objectives and risks. The program will proactively look at the HSW ecosystem and progress priorities.

Complaints Management System

Centralised Enterprise-Wide Complaints Management System, will provide a single online channel for complaint submission, two level complaint classification (triage), auto allocation to landing unit, workflow processes and reporting system. The ideal candidate would have existing knowledge of similar workflow systems, but it is not essential. The project is already underway, and the Project manager will be involved in the implementation, change management and successful delivery of the selected product.

Automation

As part of the ongoing Automation of the University of Queensland's operations a project manager is required to assist various UQ stakeholders to identify, access benefits and deliver automated processes using BPM and RPA technologies. The current project team of developers, Business analysis and testers is already in place and has a proven track record of delivering quick and efficient automation results.  The successful candidate would have responsibilities to continue to deliver on project commitments whilst they look to establish an Automation Centre of Enablement, helping UQ to better prepare for the future and deliver operational efficiencies via automation.

Digital Environment and my.UQ

As part of the ongoingdigital transformation of the University of Queensland's operating environment significant investments have already been made to improve the quality of underlying web, student and staff portal, mapping platforms and associated content. This project requires a project manager with a background in working with a multi-disciplined team to deliver several digital Assets and initiatives, which will transition UQ to a modern collaboration platform for both staff and students. This forms part of the IT Digital Enablement Strategy and builds on the previous investments and capabilities delivered as part of the program.
